The Aegis Series by Grow-it-LED can save you energy and money by replacing your old 800W HID or HPS lamps. This LED grow light features active cooling for LED longevity and premium fixture output. You can expect this light to last a staggering 100,000 hours. The LEDs are a combination of 30k and 50k Samsung 301H diodes and 660 Hyper Red Samsung 351H diodes. These fixtures utilize Inventronics LED drivers, chosen for their efficiency and long product lifespan. The S1/S2 fixtures come standard with dimmer knobs for spectrum control.

The Aegis Series 1 uses 450W and can be dimmed down to as low as 1% of its maximum output. Every fixture comes with a wireless control option. The wireless Casambi system has the ability to control each fixture independently. This special feature allows for DLI control, sunrise/sunset simulation, and even spectrum tuning for the S3 models. Casambi can be used on either Apple or Android devices.

S1 Vegetative Spectrum

Aegis S1’s vegetative spectrum is perfect for a wide range of leafy greens, supplemental greenhouse lighting, and early to mid-stage growth crops with high blue light vs red light levels. This 1.1/1 red to blue spectrum is excellent for keeping plants shorter with tighter internodal spacing. This lighting range also benefits the plant later in its life cycle.
