Subject to the exclusions set forth on the Grow Light Science website www.growlightscience.com, Grow Light Science LLC. (“Grow”) warrants its light emitting diode (LED) luminaires, including the LED arrays and the LED drivers and integral control devices (“LED Luminaire(s)”) for all Grow products, to be free from defect in material and workmanship (the “Limited Warranty”) for a period of five (5) years from the date of shipment from Grow facilities. Grow warrants its dimmers and other LED Luminaire controlling products (“LED Controllers”) to be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment from Grow facilities. The LED arrays in the LED Luminaire(s) will be considered defective in material or workmanship only if a total of 15% or more of the individual light emitting diodes in the LED Luminaire(s) fail to illuminate or any standard finish or coating on a product shows cracking, peeling, excessive fading or corrosion defects during applicable warranty period.

If at any time during the first 120 days following delivery of GROW 200 or GROW 300 product you are dissatisfied, you may elect to return the product for a full refund (excluding shipping). A maximum of two (2) fixtures may be returned. Product must be in "like new condition" (no dirt, marks, scratches, or damage of any kind). Product must be returned with all original packaging and contents. An RMA (return merchandise authorization) must be requested of and issued by Grow Light Science prior to return. For warranty replacements, please send an email to support@growlightscience.com for complete instructions. If approved, our team will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and replacement product will be sent out upon receipt of the defective units. Let Down 300
Flowered a run of photos, all cloned from the same plant. Running the grow 300 over 3 and the Mars tsl2000 over 3, in the same 8x8. Even just visually it was no contest, the mars plants had significantly higher trichome production, and produced an all around better product, quality and quantity. Frustrated but interested, I flowered a run of autos next with the same results. 2 blue dream auto and 2 grand daddy purp auto under each light. Again, regardless of strain, photo, or auto, the Mars is producing significantly more trichomes. Looking into returning the Grow 300 and replacing with a second Mars. Thankfully within my 120 days and hopeful they warrant the satisfaction guarantee.

Great light, minus accurate dimming readings
Light is overall exceptional. Be careful when upgrading from much less powerful LED, shocked my plants for almost a week. My recommendation is turning it to the lowest brightness and slowly cranking it up every few days. Will run a bit hot so make sure you have an effective ventilation system.
