We offer return shipping in the USA if you are not 100% satisfied for any reason. Many brands have 90-day return policies however return policies vary between the different brands as we abide by the policies set forth by the various manufacturers, outlined below.
Customers may be responsible for all return shipping charges as well as a 5-25% restocking fee (depending on the brand) for returns that fall within the time periods outlined below.
Merchandise must be in original factory condition and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
Return Instructions
If your order falls within the time window as outlined below for returns please email us at support@rightbud.com with the subject formatted as follows:
"Order #[Your Order # Here] Return Request"
Upon receipt of your request, a member of our team will verify the time window of your order and, if necessary, issue you a return shipping label for the requested products.
Once the return shipment has been received, it will be verified to be undamaged, unused and in pristine new condition, a refund will be issued less the cost of shipping and any applicable restocking fees.
After receiving your refund confirmation, your refund will appear in your bank statement between 3-7 days depending on the policy of your bank.
Please note, in many cases we cannot accept returns or exchanges for used products.

Please include the specific items you're looking to make a warranty claim on as well as all relevant details about your claim.
Upon receipt of your warranty request, we will submit a warranty claim on your behalf to the manufacturer and reach out to you with any additional information needed as well as the next steps.
