All Rightbud.com website orders are processed Monday - Friday between 9AM and 5PM EST. Orders placed over the weekend, after business hours, or on bank holidays will be processed the following business day.
Free Shipping Over $50 Policy
We are proud to offer free shipping to the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska, unless otherwise stated) for all orders over $50.00 USD unless otherwise stated.
*Please note that due to logistical constraints due to the current global situation the free shipping over $50 policy temporarily does not apply to NugSmasher accessories. Any orders of NugSmasher accessories under $100 will be charged a $10 shipping fee.
Following your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email to the address you provided. This email confirms that we have received your order, notifies you of any lead times associated with the products in your order, and notifies you that we have pre-authorized your credit card for purchase verification. Following successful pre-authorization of your credit card, your order purchase total will then be billed to your credit card (when applicable).
After payment has been made, our fulfillment team will confirm that the products for your order are in stock and will immediately process the order and prepare it for shipment.
If a product on your order is out of stock, or has an extended lead time due to unforeseen delays, you will be notified via email and you will be given the option to pre-order any backordered products or cancel your order in full and receive a refund at no additional cost.
Once we've confirmed the products for your order are in stock, they will be shipped out within 5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. For products that are built-to-order, have extended lead times, are backordered or pre-ordered, they will be shipped as soon as they are built or back in stock.
If you have not received your tracking information after 5 business days and have not been notified of an extended delay via phone, email or on the product's page, please contact us at email@example.com.
Damages During Transit
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, please make note of it when signing for delivery. If an item(s) does arrive damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
We are able to offer the vast majority of our products for international shipping outside of the United States as well as to Hawaii and Alaska. As shipping prices constantly vary, please contact us as email@example.com with the product you would like to purchase and your complete shipping address and we will send you a shipping quote. Please note: This shipping quote will only be valid for 48 hours from the time at which it is sent.
When ordering internationally (i.e. outside of the United States) you may be charged additional duties and/or taxes depending on the product you ordered. It is the customer's responsible to check duty and tax laws before ordering as the customer will be solely responsible for any additional fees relating to duty or taxes.
In some cases it may be necessary to contract a customs broker to assist in bringing a product into some countries. This assistance will be fully the responsibility of the customer.
