Sucked…took for ever to get shipped I actually ended up call twice just to ge tit done. It was supposed to be here last weeks and now is scheduled to be here end of this week. So another delay. Really seriously unhappy with the whole experience. I come to right bud a few times in the past, but after this I’ll probably look elsewhere for my commercial grow inventory.

The box when received looked very beat up so much I thought it might be missing parts. As I reviewed it, it seemed like items had fallen out and were just thrown back into the box and duct taped.when I Assembled the unit as soon as I hit the switch a big spark went off and I quickly unplugged it. I checked the unit I notice that the heat rod was exposed wire that looked damaged.I did call rightbud and sent pictures and they quickly offered to send out one replacement part that was great, but I can’t but wonder how often this part goes out? I tried to search for this replacement part in case of future replacement needs and found it’s not something that is carried on the site? I’m concerned about how expensive this unit was and how unacceptable parts are that would deem the unit useless.
