Baylabs LED Grow light offers a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase, product failure within this period which are related to defective material and/or workmanship will be repaired or completely replaced free of charge to customer.
Excluded from warranty claims is the normal degradation of LED light output over time. Damage of the products through inappropriate or negligent handling can not be claimed under warranty conditions. The freight, handling, insurance charges for sending the repaired/replaced product back to customer will be paid by Baylabs. If the defective products are asked for sending back to find defective reasons , Freight will be paid by Baylabs, too. Products sending back request must be confirmed by Baylabs before shipment, customer must prepare corresponding documents (for custom clear use) under Baylabs guidance. Baylabs has the right to reject any unconfirmed product-return.
