The MBX Bucker can buck both wet and dry using the same machine thanks to user managed speed controls. The MBX bucking and debudding machine is the only commercial-scale bucker that features integrated stem chipping. This reduces waste as well as how often you have to stop and dispose of waste for even greater productivity.

Mobius created this bucker as an industrial level machine, constructed out of sturdy 304 stainless steel, the MBX Debudder and Bucker can be pressure washed for easy clean up and it’s hose-free design easily integrates into virtually any automated workflows and is GMP-ready for hassle-free compliance. This heavy-duty, commercial grade debudding and bucking machine is built on casters for easy positioning and can fit through a 32” door without needing to be disassembled. (If fitted with optional outdoor wheels the machine will not fit through a 32″ doorway – it will need 36″ of clearance.

The MBX is designed and engineered for continuous high-speed operation, stripping up to 150 lbs of flower per hour AND chipping the stems with its innovative, integrated chipper for easy, cost-effective disposal.

High Power - Gentle on Flower

The MBX has an incredible throughput of up to 150 lbs per hour, but remains gentle on flower, reducing bud breakage and preserving crop value whether you’re bucking wet or dry.

Gentle on Flower - Tough on Stems

The Mobius MBX Bucker features die plates with 4 to 7 feed holes to accommodate stems up to 1/2" in diameter. Feed hole options include round and star-shaped. The 1/2 HP variable speed motor is gentle on flower but delivers uncompromising power to pull stems into the machine. Once bucked, the flower flows to an accessible catch tote or an optional conveyor via a by a stainless-steel chute for fully automated workflows.

The MBX Bucker also features a reverse feature for when larger stems get stuck. No need to force stubborn branches through, risking the integrity of your product.

Variable Speed

The Mobius MBX utilizes a 1/2 HP variable-speed motor and innovative die plates that are gentle on flower but offer uncompromising pulling power on the stem. Its large diameter rollers and powerful motor provide the grip and torque to strip full-sized stems at slow and controlled speeds.

Game Changing Efficiency

The MBX Bucker has seven feed holes for dual-operator productivity and is fully automation-compatible. Its stainless-steel chute can funnel bucked flowers to conveyors for the next stage of processing.

Reduce Waste & Slash Costs

The MBX is the only commercial-scale debudding machine that cuts the stems into smaller pieces as it bucks. One bag of chipped stems from the MBX is equivalent to 20-25 bags of unchipped stalks. Slashing waste volume 25X dramatically reduces green waste removal time and costs.

Integrated Stem Chipper

The MBX features a stem chipper that dices your stems after bucking so they require less space and do not need extra processing for waste disposal. The MBX is the only commercially available bucker to include an integrated stem chipper.

Once the stem is fed through the die plate hole to remove the flower and leaves, it passes through two stainless steel cutting blades powered by a 3/4 HP motor where they are chopped to a manageable size, to more efficiently fill the catch tote, reduce how often the machine is emptied, and eliminate the need for further processing prior to disposal. For example, a single bag of chipped stems is roughly equivalent to 20-25 bags of unchipped stems.
