The VZ-TEC Easy Bucker VZ500 Dry Debudder & Bucking Machine gently removes precious buds from your plant’s stems without damaging them. The patented brush technology is unlike any other on the market and comes with 4 removable FDA approved food-grade brushes specially designed to not wear out or clog up like other brush designs on the market, meaning you can keep your bud fresh and process more over a longer period of time than ever before!
Adjusted through the Variable frequency drive, the brushes are capable of producing a product at the perfect consistency for various extraction methods. Though the Easy Bucker can process industrial hemp at a moisture content of 16%, for best results hemp should be near 12% for processing.
The Easy Bucker VZ500 is adjustable through a variable frequency drive designed to produce and end product that's the perfect consistency for post harvest processing such as extractions, and can even process industrial plant materials at 16% moisture content, but for best results a 12% moisture content is recommended.

The Easy Bucker Technical Overview
Emergency Stop Buttons: Positioned on both sides of the machine for easy reach in case of an emergency use the VFD (variable frequency drive) for fast powering on and off.
Vacuum Recovery Port: This helpful unit can be purchased as an addition to the VFD VZ Tec's vacuum recovery system and installed on the Easy Bucker.
