The VZ-TEC Easy Bucker VZ1000 dry debudder & bucking machine is a powder-coated steel constructed base designed to process over 1000 lb/hour of industrial material. It contains 2 Baldor motors on a variable speed Optidrive and can be adjustable up to 80 inches with an incline at 90 degrees for different sized operations.
The Easy Bucker makes it easy to remove the buds from your product. The patented brush technology removes leaves and stems without leaving residue or clogging up, so you can process more over a longer period of time, unlike other designs which may wear out quickly with repeated use.
The Easy Bucker has brushes that are controlled through a variable frequency drive, which makes it easy for the machine to produce product at ideal consistency. It can process materials with moisture content up to 16% but for best results a moisture content of around 12% is recommended.
