I am a technician so for me DIY was simple. I requested a signature upon delivery and rightbud put in that signature is required my first led light was stolen package previously left in lobby. But guess what no signature was asked once again they left the package in the hole way. I’m taking one star because I believe they could have used fedex for a pricey item
