Twister’s engineers paid attention to every little detail when designing the BatchOne. They made sure that every piece and every process was designed with performance and ease of use in mind. Everything from the ease of loading and unloading product from both sides, to the removable control box for more simplified wash downs and the 360 degree rotating casters that make moving this trimmer a breeze. They even remembered to build it so it fits through a standard 32″ door!

The BatchOne batch trimmer was built with artisan growers in mind, with a focus on functionality, user-friendliness, and cost-effectiveness. The quick removal tumbler design makes it simple to clean the BatchOne’s tumbler without having to worry about losing or dropping bolts. Space is always at a premium, so the bins used to capture trim to be used for extraction are food-grade, stackable, and nestable to allow for ease of storage.
Portability
One of the key factors in harvesting is portability since cultivation, processing, and cleanup are often done in multiple spaces or rooms during the course of the process.
The BatchOne comes with 360 degree rotating and locking caster wheels for easy maneuverability and stability. Unlike competitors, the BatchOne can move through hallways and between doors with ease – the removable control box allows you to fit through standard 32-34” doors. When it comes time for cleanup, just remove the control box and power wash the machine without risk of damaging the electronics.

Warranty & Return Policy
The Twister BatchOne comes with a 1-Year Warranty
Keirton Inc.® will repair or replace any parts proven defective in material or workmanship without charge for a period of one year.
The warranty period will begin on the date the machine is purchased by the initial purchaser. The BatchOne warranty defects can be remedied at any authorized service dealer or directly by Keirton Inc. Any service work performed and deemed valid due to a defective part will be free of charge. Keirton Inc. reserves the right to use any manufacturer approved replacement part for warranty repair.
If warranty repair is required, please contact Keirton Technical Support. at 1-888-254-3204 or support@keirton.com and provide the following information:
- Model and serial number
- Proof of purchase date
- Copy of original Warranty Registration Card (unless registration was completed online)
- Details of defect or problem (including photos/video).
Pending approval from Keirton Inc., the machine or defective part then must be returned to Keirton Inc. for analysis and replacement. Do not return the machine to the place of purchase for repair or warranty claims unless you have been authorized by Keirton Inc. to do so. The place of purchase can only sell replacement parts and will not repair warranty issues unless it is noted as an authorized repair dealer and has been authorized to work on your machine.
You may be denied warranty coverage if your machine has failed due to:
- Abuse
- Accidental damage
- Improper electrical connection
- Improper maintenance
- Neglect
- Normal wear
- Unapproved modifications.
