The Grow-It LED Aegis Series S3 600W LED Grow light is a commercial grow light designed to replace 1000W HPS or 1000W Metal Halide lamps (depending on the spectrum and wattage chosen).  The S3 LED Grow Light uses active cooling to give the fixture a long and prosperous lifespan. You should fully expect to get 100,000 hours from the Aegis Series LED Grow Light. It uses Inventronics LED drivers for their efficiency and long lifespan. A blend of 30K and 50K Samsung 301H diodes and 660 Hyper Red Samsung 351 diodes make up the spectrum blend of this fixture. The S3 also has spectral tuning capabilities and has two dimmer knobs to control the lighting output spectrum.

The Aegis S3 600W LED Grow Light has an output range between 450W and 600W and can be dimmed with 1% increments across the fixture’s entire range. It comes with a wireless control option, the Casambi can control each fixture individually, which allows for DLI control, sunrise and sunset features, and spectrum tuning. The Casambi system can be used with either Apple or Android devices.

S3 Veg to Flower Spectrum

The Grow-It-LED Aegis Series S3 600W LED Grow Light has start to finish vegetative to flowering control that offers a 1:1 R/B vegetative spectrum output and a 2.3:1 R/B flowering spectrum output. This fixture is a wonderful choice for grow operations that require specialty spectrum tuning. Much like the S2 version’s spectrum, the S3 spectrum lets you adjust the output spectrum however you need through the entire growth cycle.  Now you have the ability to focus more on blue light or red light. Adjusting your spectrum during certain times of the day can change your final product to be more favorable than just using a static lighting spectrum. When you are at full output, the S3 puts out 3500 Kelvin with its range being between 3000K and 5100K.
