I absolutely love my freeze dryer. I just wish when i clicked on the small one i saw on Facebook that i saw that they had a large one because thats the one i should have purchased. But thats my fault for not looking to see if they had the large

I am giving the unit 4 stars only because we set it up and did the bread test and finally had to shut it down around 42 hrs.because it would not stop drying.
I called Harvest Right and they said they were having a problem with that. They sent me a email and included the computer code change so we put that in the machine and it has been working great ever since. I would recommend this machine based on its working so far. Tom

Great gift!

Loving my new Harvest Right! It runs smoothly and so easy to use and clean! We're enjoying the results and starting to work on stocking up for longer term storage. Our favorites so far are the dried apples, mangos and bananas. The grandkids love these and cost is so much less than store bought. Looking forward to freeze drying many kinds of foods in the coming year! Would highly recommend this amazing machine!
