The unit will be replaced no questions asked with shipping covered both ways. Ju1ceBox and Rightbud loves our customers and will always try to accommodate the best we can.
Ju1ceBox strives for 100% Customer Satisfaction on all products. Their office is closed Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Any inquiries over the weekend or holidays regarding returns will be answered at the next business day.
