The DABPRESS 30 Ton Rosin Press is a powerful and reliable tool for extracting high-quality rosin. With its large 7x7" heated platens and dual PID temperature controllers, this press can handle up to 3 ounces of material, delivering consistent and efficient results.
Key Features
Very Durable Mount: The 84-pound heat press is constructed with 6061 aluminum, 4 chrome steel posts, and a 30-ton cylinder with a large flat saddle, ensuring long-term stability during the extraction process.
7x7" Heated Platens: The large plates and 30-ton pressure can handle up to 3 ounces of material, but for optimal yield, it's recommended to load several 2x4 press bags with a total weight not exceeding 2 ounces.
Upgraded Temp Controller: The press features 4 heating rods, 2 per plate, with a total power of 1,200 watts. Due to the large plate size, it takes approximately 10 minutes to reach 200°F.
30 Ton Cylinder Included: The included 30-ton customized cylinder features an NPT 3/8" female coupler on the ram, allowing connection to a hydraulic hand or electric pump with an NPT 3/8" male coupler. The flat saddle on the cylinder ram ensures uniform pressure on the pressing bag, extending service life and increasing yield.
Upgraded PID Temp Controllers: Dual replaceable and pluggable PID temperature controllers ensure even temperature delivery and easy maintenance.
Note: Pump sold separately. We recommend a hydraulic hand pump with NPT 3/8" male fitting and a pressure capacity of more than 30 tons, such as the Dabpress CP700 max, BVA P1000, or TEMCo hand pumps.
