California Lightworks warrants the mechanical and electronic components of this product to be free of defects in material and workmanship if used under normal operating conditions for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase.

All we require a brief explanation in writing for the reason you’re not satisfied via email or USPS mail. The refund will be processed via the same method used for payment within 48 hours of receiving the returned merchandise. Return merchandise must be in as-new condition, in original packaging, with the appropriate power cord and hanging hardware. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
