Dulytek Rosin Press Filter Bags are designed for creating rosin extractions and concentrates from dry sift and pollen-like plant products. These reusable filter bags are made from the highest quality, FDA-approved food-grade and dye free nylon thread available. These rosin filter bags are resistant to boiling and solvents and its tight nylon stitching means that your bags will never break or blow out during pressing. Three mesh sizes are available for these bags: 25, 100, and 160 micron. Each package contains 20 bags and one flexible packing card making it easy for you to fill them up with pressing material.

How Do I Use Rosin Filter Bags?
Turn the filter bag inside out so that the seam is on the inside. Next, break up any larger pieces of plant material and fill the bag evenly, making sure it's not overfilled or stuffed past recommended capacity which can cause leaks! Fold the filter bag edge so your material won’t fall out and trim any excess bag that could trap extract. We recommend using a pre-press mold to prepare the material for pressing. The overall thickness of the filled bag should never exceed 1/4 inch.
How Do I Prevent Blowouts?
The number one way to prevent blowouts is to not overfill the filter bag. For Dulytek bags, about one ounce of flower per 2.5” x 4.5” bag is good. When pressing, don’t apply too much pressure all at once – increase the pressure slowly to let the pressed extract and any trapped air to be released easily rather than becoming trapped and blowing out the bag. (pre-press molds help eliminate air pockets and creates a “puck” with even thickness so pressure is applied evenly across the material being pressed.)
Are Dulytek Filter Bags Reusable?
It is possible to reuse Dulytek Filter Bags by first cleaning the used bags with rubbing alcohol, then washing with soap and water to remove any remaining material. But remember that no matter how well you clean them, there can still be leftover material trapped in the mesh of the bag, and a used bag will have stretched, making it more prone to a blowout than a new bag.
