Shipping

Where do you ship from?

We work closely with manufacturers to ship from their warehouses around the continental United States directly to your home. This cuts out a major logistical bottleneck that allows us to save on the costs of warehousing and maintaining an inventory. In turn, this allows us to pass the savings along to you and offer the absolute lowest price - guaranteed.

Where is my product?

We take pride in working directly with manufacturers to ensure that only the highest-quality shipping companies are used to get your product to you in a timely and safe manner. During checkout, you can estimate how long shipping will take on your order, but we ask that you allow 3-5 weeks for shipping, depending on the product.

After you place your order, you will receive an email verification notifying you of when your order has been processed and shipped. Included in this email will be a tracking number and instructions about how you can see where your product is every step of the way.

How long does shipping take?

Depending on the product and your preferred method of shipping, delivery can take anywhere between 2-14 days. Upon receiving your order, we will send you an email including a tracking number and instructions on how to keep track of your order every step of the way.

Do you ship outside the USA?

We are able to ship some products outside of the United States, depending on the specific product and volume of your order. If you are ordering internationally, please contact with us with the products you would like to purchase and we will provide you with a quote and estimate the most viable shipping method.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

At this time we do not ship to P.O. boxes.


Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept every major debit and credit card securely and professionally thanks to our relationship with payment processor Stripe.

We also accept wire transfers for larger orders. If you would like to place an order using a direct wire transfer please contact us as support@rightbud.com or give us a call at 1 (800) 856-7410.

Are my credit card details safe?

Our website features an SSL secure connection during the transaction, keeping your information secure and private. All of your personal information is encrypted with the latest 128-bit encryption from the moment you visit our website.

No credit or debit card information is saved at any point during the purchase process and all payment information remains the private property of the card holder at all times before, during, and after the product purchase. We offer PayPal as an alternative payment method for those who do not wish to use a credit or debit card. Taxes may apply in certain states within the USA.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Depending on where the product is being shipped, it is possible (but unlikely) that you will have to pay sales tax on your purchase. If shipping from a California address to another California address, we are required to retain sales taxes on all purchases made.

Why was I charged a Foreign Transaction Surcharge?

In very rare cases, international fees may be charged pending on the customer's credit card and issuer. Rightbud is not liable for these charges. Please contact your bank or credit card provider prior to purchasing.


General

How do I know if a product is in stock?

Because we've eliminated our warehouses and ship directly from the manufacturer, you can shop comfortably knowing that every product listed on our website is currently in stock. However, in the rare instance that an inventory constraint arises at the manufacturer, we will do everything in our power to ensure that it's available to ship straight to your doorstep within 1-2 weeks.

What if my product is out of stock?

If your item is out of stock, you will be contacted by email with an estimated arrival time; if that arrival time doesn’t work for you, we will refund your order with no re-stocking fee.

Are you an authorized retailer?

For all products currently in stock on our website we are indeed authorized by the manufacturer as an online retailer to sell their products.

I want a product that is not listed on your website

If you want a product that we currently don't stock, but want to take advantage of our price match guarantee, please contact with us and we will do everything we can to work with our suppliers to find the products you need.

I need support regarding my warranty

We ship directly from the manufacturer so you will be provided with a full warranty on every purchase. You’ll be able to work directly with the manufacturer to deal with your warranty and provide any service as necessary.
