NugSmasher Pro 20 Ton Pneumatic/Manual Pneumatic Rosin Press
The NugSmasher Pro completes the NugSmasher lineup and joins the Mini, Original and XP as a truly commercial rosin press capable of processing more than 112 grams of material per press.
Featuring up to massive 7" x 10" smash plates and 6 160W heaters, the NugSmasher Pro is by far the most powerful machine in the NugSmasher lineup and a commercial rosin presser's best friend. And with a spacious 4" between plates when fully open, you've got plenty of space to work.
But the customization doesn't end there as the NugSmasher Pro is one of the few machines on the market that allows for both a manual and pneumatic configuration. This means that when you're away from (or simply don't have) an air compressor, you can apply pressure using an included manual lever. Alternatively, when you want to pump up production, you can pair the NugSmasher Pro with an air compressor for near-autonomous operation.
Any air compressor with a 90-120 psi working pressure and 3 gallon or larger tank is recommended. The manufacturer recommends use with a water separator attached to the compressor and inlet size of 1/4 in -18 npt into the machine.
Much like the NugSmasher XP, the NugSmasher Pro comes with a front facing built-in pressure gauge that allows you to dial into the perfect pressure for the material you're pressing for a yield that is of the utmost quality of volume.
Please note: Air compressors and water separators are sold separately and are not included with the purchase of a NugSmasher Pro.
The NugSmasher Original comes with a full manufacturer backed lifetime warranty. If anything breaks on the machine in a manner that is not your fault, we will provide you with replacement parts, you may return to the manufacturer for repair.
The NugSmasher Pro makes use of simple, yet reliable PID controllers with an accuracy of 0.2%. Top and bottom plates are individually controlled to ensure you are getting the right temps throughout the platen. Temperature can be set to read in Fahrenheit or Celsius and can control a range of 32 - 752F (0 - 400C).
Nugsmasher Owners Manual
Designed & Built by Professionals, For Professionals
The NugSmasher Pro is manufactured in Corona, California by Premiere Manufacturing in their 40,000 square foot machine and fabrication workshop. Staffed entirely by industry leading, experiences designers, builders, engineers, and fabricators. You can rest assured that your NugSmasher Pro is meticulously crafted by the some of the most skilled rosin enthusiasts in the industry with your best wishes in mind.
Plug & Play Straight Out of the Box (in Manual Configuration)
Everything you need to begin pressing is included in the box - simply plug the device in, wait for it to heat up and you're ready to begin extracting beautifully pressed rosin on a massive scale.
The NugSmasher Pro is unique in the sense that it comes straight out of the box with configurations for both manual and pneumatic operation. While everything is included in the box for manual operations, you will need an external air compressor for pneumatic operation. External air compressors are sold separately and not included with the purchase of a NugSmasher Pro.
Industry Leading, Safety First Circuit Protection
Premiere Manufacturing have gone above and beyond when it comes to safety and reliability for the NugSmasher Pro. This press features a methodically routed 3 sub-circuit and primary power circuit through only the highest quality, resettable circuit breakers. These circuit breakers are conveniently mounted on the Mini's front panel for easy access, monitoring and resetting if need be.
Dual PID Temperature Controllers with Pinpoint Accuracy
The NugSmasher Pro utilizes simple yet reliable PID temperature controllers with an accuracy margin of just 0.2%. Both top and bottom plates are individually controlled and heated to ensure you are getting the correct and consistent temperatures throughout the entire platen.
The NugSmasher Pro outputs the temperature in a user set Fahrenheit or Celsius and can accurately control a range of 32° - 752°F (0° - 400°C).
All of this allows you to take the worry out of controlling your temperature and focus on what really matters: pressing high quality, high yield, beautiful rosin.
Thermally Isolated Heat Plates
Much like its smaller brethren the Mini, Original and XP, the NugSmasher Pro comes packed with thermally isolated plates. This methodical design almost entirely does away with any unwanted heat transfer away from your pressing area. Not only does this save power by maintaining efficiency, but it also helps to keep the plates heated to your desired temperature in the most accurate way possible.
Built-In Pressure Gauge
Pressing quality rosin on a commercial scale demands measurable accuracy that makes for repeatable results each and every time. The NugSmasher Pro is 1 of only 2 rosin presses in the NugSmasher lineup that features a built-in pressure gauge (the other being the more personal grade NugSmasher XP). This built-in pressure gauge allows you to pinpoint the perfect amount of pressure for your material to maximize the quality and volume of your yield. You can then use this information to apply the same pressure again for subsequent presses to ensure you're using the perfect method of pressing each and every time.
Solid Steel & Aircraft Grade Aluminum Construction
The NugSmasher Pro is by far one of the most rugged rosin presses on the market, often described as "being built like a tank". Featuring solid interlocked USA sourced structural steel for the machine's frame and smash plates made of aircraft grade aluminum CNC machined in-house, it's no wonder each and every NugSmasher Pro comes with a full, manufacturer backed lifetime warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Rosin? How is it made?
Rosin is a solvent less extraction made through the mechanical process of applying heat and pressure to "press" out the resin from cured flower or compressed pollen. This process occurs near instantaneously and requires virtually no professional expertise in the field of botanical extractions. Rosin tech uses heat to melt the glandular domes of the trichomes off of the base material. This resin rich sap will then reconstitute on the parchment paper, ready for collection. After scraping the parchment paper, the waxy residue collected will be clean and ready to go.
How much pressure do I need?
The pressure needed to extract Rosin from your starting material will vary depending on the following factors: Freshness, Heat Applied, Amount of Material, Type of Material (Cured Flowers, Dry Sift, Bubble, etc). As a general guideline, the more heat you apply, the less pressure you will need (to a certain extent). From our experience, many strains will press very nicely at around 1000 - 1500 psi per inch of material being pressed in the lower temp range of 190 - 215.
How much Rosin can I expect from my material?
This is another question we get often, but cannot ever provide an exact answer. Basically the term "Garbage in, Garbage out" is king with pressing. Rosin will typically taste very much like your starting material smells so using the best material available is always recommended. We have seen results as low as 5.5% with low quality material and have also seen 31%+ with Grade "A" material. Your best bet is to press a couple 4 - 6g test bags to see what you can expect from your material.
